- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wasn't sure if pilates was suitable for me, but after speaking to them on the telephone I decided to book a 1:1 assessment with Vicki. I found this really helpful and informative. Vicki went through various exercises/needs etc and explained each one in depth and answered all my questions - I decided to book a course of 6 classes. I attended my 1st class with Vicki this week.
