  Where to start. whilst backpacking in Australia I incurred acute sinusitis in mid july. I sent off all the information needed at the beginning of september. By the beginning of November I then did not hear anything. I decided to contact them asking if anything had progressed their reply was yes we need information on my flight booking confirmation (which I did actually attach). i then asked the obvious question of why have I had to call to find this out. There reply was we sent it to ... which was the wrong email address and not the one i gave. they then marked my claim as urgent so will get solved asap. The following day I sent off the information again and received an email saying we will get back in 10 days. They did not. I called on the 2nd janaury to ask what is going on? The man said there had been some error on their part as no one had looked into it yet. I said you will sort this today to which he said not even apologising it will be done by tomorrow (3rd). It wasn't. I called again today to ask what is going on and they said they have just resolved it and sent to... yet again the wrong email. NEVER USE THIS COWBOY OF A INSURANCE COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR CLAIM WITHIN 7 MONTHS.
