- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Disgusted with the way my fiancée was treated on Wednesday 18th January 2017 by the receptionist... CENTRAL SURGERY after having an ambulance called this evening via NHS direct due to her high blood pressure 202 /142 and seeing a doctor at the hospital who prescribed blood pressure tablets... we were told to make an appointment with our GP first thing the next morning to have further tests done and investigate more.... After getting through to the surgery the following morning my fiancee who explained what had happened and that the hospital had told her to make this appointment was rudely fobbed off by the receptionist and told that she would not open up any appointments for her and to phone back on the following Monday.... We are both absolutely Disgusted with the treatment we received that we are now moving doctors... its no wonder this surgery is now under special measures and being reviewed for closure.... PS the doctor we saw was just as useless as the paramedics and the doctor at the hospital could not believe that my fiancée was not given blood pressure tablets there and then and that she was not monitored for the next 24hrs.... again this was CENTRAL SURGERY ONLY..... High Blood Pressure is know as the SILENT KILLER as you can have STROKE OR HEART ATTACK at anytime yet the receptionist at CENTRAL SURGERY probably think she knows best and thinks she's a doctor and will fob you off as she tried to do the first time my fiancée tried to make a previous appointment for this episode on the Monday 16th January 2017 Only giving 1 star as cannot give zero stars as cannot leave this review.... so in reality i give ZERO stars...!by Michael MarvelFebruary 28, 2017
